"Efficient and friendly service in the minor..."

I went to the St Barts minor injuries unit with a small open wound that was not severe enough to warrant A&E, but may not have healed easily without medial attention. I was seen within 15 minutes by a pleasant nurse, who stitched up and dressed the wound quickly and efficiently. We chatted away while she was working and I felt very much at ease. The experience has reminded me of what a fantastic job the NHS do, we should all be extremely grateful for our doctors and nurses!!
