What I liked

Main entrance staff were very polite and showed me where I needed to be.

What could be improved

I took time out of work to attended my appointment of which I was early for, but I was still made to wait for 15 mins past my appointed time whilst 5 members of medical staff (from the same department) chatted nearby about what they were doing at the weekend! This is not acceptable and would not happen in a private company where people are made accountable for their actions and productivity. I have nothing but respect for the medical profession and have had positive experiences in the past. I hope I do not have to visit this department again.

Anything else?

It also appears that they have lost the results for my test.
