What I liked

all the staff where friendly, helpfull and nothing was too much trouble. The place was always kept clean, i constantly saw the staff using the bacterial gel and washing hands, beds were changed daily and made up throughout day if looking messy .I was just general impressed with the staffs attitude towards the job and patients.

What could be improved

time waiting to move from A and E to the ward.

Wait in A and E to be seen.

Thank you for your very kind comments which you posted on the NHS choices website. It is always very much appreciated when patients/carers write and compliment the service the Trust provides.

I appreciate that sometimes the wait for patients to be transferred to a ward from Accident and Emergency can seem a long time. I will ask that staff are reminded to keep patients and carers informed about any delays. Please accept our apologies for this.
