What I liked
The pleasant nursing staff , I was very scared as I was in the ward after a car accident with a suspected spinal fracture. They tried to put me at ease and cheer me up as best they could.
What could be improved
More night staff .The poor nurses on night shift were stretched to the limit as a lot of people were confined to bed and needed help with toileting etc.
Anything else?
It was good to know that in my case the doctors erred on the side of caution I didn't have a fracture in the end but was glad that I was investigated properly with MRI scan. My care was excellent throughout.
