"No one available"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital / General surgery

(as a relative),

I tried ringing Beech ward 3, six times this evening to see how a member of my family were after their operation earlier today. To no avail. Why was no one available to answer the telephone? . I am now going to bed not knowing how they are. Hopefully someone will answer the telephone in the morning when I shall try again to get through to the ward.

Ms Vaisey, Thank you for your comments, which were moderated and submitted to us via Patient Opinion this week; please accept our apologies for the delay in this acknowledgement. I am sorry to hear that you were not able to get through to the ward when you tried to call, and I hope that you were able to speak to a member of staff subsequently. If you would like to discuss this or have any other concerns, please contact us at patientservices.dept@worcsacute.nhs.uk
