"The course was great, made me feel welcome but would have liked it to run for longer"

About: Adult Specialist Services / Nutrition & dietetics

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I attended a 4 week cook4life course at my childrens school in Beeston.

I enjoyed the foods we cooked, and tried Butternut squash and cous cous which were new to me. I have since added butternut squash to my shopping list.

I usually buy cooking sauces but will try to make my own instead.

I thought the course was great, made me feel welcome but would have liked it to run for longer

Thank you for your comments

I am glad to hear you enjoyed the course and the opportunity to try some new foods which you have continued to buy. I hope that you will try to make your own suaces in the future maybe with your children.

It is great to hear that you would have liked the course to last longer. In some areas we have ran a level 2 course. If this was to happen in your area it will be advertised so keep a look out

Thank you once again
