"Total failure of communication and neglect"

I am currently sitting in the hospital, I have been here over a week and have seen 2 doctors the whole time, laying in bed feeling completely neglected. They failed to voluntarily feedback on any of my scans. I fractured my spine, I was discharged from a&e under the assumption it was bad bruising. I was called 3 days later advising me to rush to hospital as the doctor did not see what was a very obvious fracture the first time. This could have caused further complications if i was not young for and otherwise healthy. The doctors are arrogant and do not seem to have time for anyone unless you are physically screaming. I'm in utter outrage and disbelief about the way this hospital is being allowed to run. I feel that myself and others I have met in the ward and their family are being put under extra unnecessary stress due to lack of communication.
