"Unprofessional staff"

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital

Trying to re-book an MRI scan. Only to have difficulty getting through. Overheard a member of staff in engage in idle speculation about me which I found shocking referring to me as a transsexual. When challenged about it she denied it saying she hadn't said any such thing, when I overheard this with my own ears. She then proceeded to put the phone down on me. Not been treated with dignity and respect. Insulted, for a service I pay for. You also have a duty as a health authority not to insult people or imply they are mentally ill because they overheard what you said. It's called the Equality Duty under the 2010 act
