About: Eastbourne District General Hospital

As a nurse myself I am totally disgusted how my daughter was treated by a&e staff on the evening of Monday 7th July 14 . She suffers with urine retention and was in a lot of pain . Because this happens a lot and has to attend you could clearly see they didn't care . They were whispering between each other and looking at my daughter . This made her so upset . The first bladder scan that was done was not done properly . She asked for it to be done again and got shouted at saying don't u think I know how to this iv been doing it for 9 years then saying you will have to wait now for saying that . After begging a hca to re do the scan to find 1. 5 litres of urine which is very dangerous . My daughter was treated like a no body and this has made her vow she will never go to any hospital again . Those nurses that night are not fit to serve the public and my family and I will be taking this a lot further .
