"blood test"

I went there for a blood test a few weeks ago, the nurse was amazing, and it was one attempt and painless. She was very caring as well and asked me to look after my vein since I have regular blood tests. I went for a second time on Monday, and the expereince was horrible with a different nurse. We were waiting for long time before she turned up, she was reminded by her colleague that we were all waiting for her. She then called me, asked me to confirm my name, then she didnt' use the rubber tube to tie my arms or asked me to do my fists, just put a needle in straight, it hurt a lot, and could not draw blood, instead of pulling it out, she tried to stick further. After this failed, she then blamed me for being dehyrated, tried another arm, painful but finally got blood. She asked me again to confirm my name. I don't think she was professional at all! I will now try to avoid her. I suffered so much that I had to sit down and drink a lot of water before I could go. Both arms bruised!
