"Unhelpful staff"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

I have made 3 separate calls to west middlesex Hospital this morning. All of which had very unhelpful staff and stroppy. Really? Do you not have trained staff on customer service and how they actually speak. It's shocking. I feel the need to drop all my appointments based at your hospital, as so far have dealt with grumpy insensitive staff at your main reception, clinic reception, hospital switchboard. Says a lot about your standards to. A little more info section (in order to submitt this form): My recent experience is based on calling this morning to follow up appointment.
