"Worst hospital ever"

About: Warrington Hospital

I had to take a friend to hospital via A&E after waiting 1 and half hour for ambulance that was unable to attend as they were busy On arrival my friend was booked in and left to wait for an assessment. I did not know how long he would have to wait as the display with waiting times was not working and area where A&E is could do with a clean I had to leave my friend after an hour with the hope he would be seen. This is the second time I had to visit this hospital and sadly it seem worse than before and second one of these I have submitted

Thanks for your comments. I'm not sure what you've said that justifies the title you've given the review but if you need to speak to us about anything else then please contact our PALS service via pals@whh.nhs.uk Around 95% of patients who come to A&E are seen, treated and admitted or discharged within 4 hours of arriving with us so things seem to have been well within the timescales when you left. The ambulance service and any waits for transport are not part of the hospital unfortunately, but if you wanted to contact us we can point you in the right direction to enquire about that as well.
