Gillian called me today for a pre-assessment prior to a colonoscopy I am due. She had such a warm, friendly, yet professional manner and couldn't have put me more at ease or been more helpful.

This is most helpful and welcomed in advance of an obviously not so pleasant procedure plus I do have a real fear of hospitals and anything medical, so Gillian's manner and attitude has helped me to feel a bit better about it and that I am in safe hands.
