"Unbelievably good service at Solihull Breast Clinic "

Saw my GP with a breast lump. My appointment came through for 9 days later, which I thought was very quick.

I arrived for my 2. 20 pm appointment and saw Specialist Breast Care Nurse Claire with her S/N Carrie almost immediately. Both introduced themselves and were absolutely lovely, professional and caring and also reassuring. Sent for mammogram and hardly any wait - very professional mammographers. Went for ultrasound - bit of a wait but it was obvious the person in front of me was extremely ill so no-one should mind waiting in that instance. Fabulous Doctor Tom, Consultant Radiologist and his most welcoming assistant put me at ease. He talked me through the whole investigation and was so kind, informative and reassuring.

Back to See Claire again for aspiration and discharge. They were apologetic for the wait I had in ultrasound but this was NOT a problem for me - it was a great service and surely much better to get a 'One-Stop'serivce on the day.

I was so nervous about attending but could not have been better treated in Harley Street! Please pass on all my congratulations and thanks to the entire Breast Clinic staff at Solihull Hospital. You are providing an unbelievably good service and we are lucky to have this in Solihull. Thank you
