"My son is currently being treated ..."

What I liked My son is currently being treated at the Burns unit. I am very happy with the level of care he has received so far. The nurses and other staff are very friendly and caring. His dressing has been changed by the Consultant herself and I've been told she is excellent. I feel he his being care for in the best possible hands and feel reassured the outcome will be positive. What could be improved? My partner has been staying over with our Son and the camp bed he sleeps on is quite un-comfortable. He's been there a few days and only yesterday got a pillow.
