"Maternity Day Unit"

I feel compelled to write regarding my experience of the Maternity Day Unit yesterday. I was extremely impressed by the professional and caring attitude and performance of all the staff I met. The teamwork in the unit was superb, the leadership evident and the caring attitude of all the staff was second to none. At a late stage in my pregnancy I have been very fortunate so far that I haven't needed much attention from the North Mid. I feel very reassured that when my imminent birth comes along that I will be listened to and understood which is of utmost importance to myself and my partner. A very big thank you to the team for your care so far.
