Attended the hospital for an outpatient carpal tunnel and trigger finger release operation. The staff were courteous, friendly, helpful and kept me informed at all times. Even though it was really only a minor operation, these things do play on your mind and the theater staff all went out of their way to help me feel relaxed and comfortable. Immediately after the operation the ward staff were there to greet me with tea, biscuits and a smile. I was talked through post operation procedures and booked in for a check up 2 weeks later. This checkup clashed with a business meeting so the staff went out of their way to reschedule it. Very happy with this hospital. BTW put up a similar review on Facebook and have had over 30 lies in just 20 minutes, so well done NHS, don't believe the hype!
"Friendly, helpful and efficient."
