(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

I would like to praise the nurses in the pre-assessment unit at VHK for the excellent care that my dad received when he attended his pre-assessment for his replacement hip operation.

My dad become unwell and passed out so required extra care. Lorraine was so kind and went the extra mile to have my dads needs addressed. It was so reassuring for my dad and my family to witness such a professional and patience centred excellent level of care.

We are also grateful to the Ward 10 Doctor - Anwar who attended to my dad in the unit and then in the ward after his op. They all contributed to making my very nervous dad prior to his op a lot less anxious and stressed.

We cannot thank them all enough.
