What I liked

All of the staff on F4 were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had the best care I could have.I was really scared when I went down for my operation but my consultant, took the time to come and see me and put my mind at rest about the procedure.My care on the ward following my operation was outstanding even though the ward was full and even the food was good!The ward sister deserves a medal for keeping it running so smoothly and all the nurses and support staff were excellent.

What could be improved

Nothing about my stay could have been improved however I am still waiting for my results which I was told would take ten days and it has now been three weeks!
