About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

Had a fall skiing in January, with recurring muscle strain giving considerable discomfort.

Saw my doctor (Woodside Medical Practice) in March who referred me to TRAQS. They phoned the following day and agreed to see my local preferred physiotherapist at Maddocks.

Again contacted within same day for an appointment. Very pleased with rapid service and satisfactory outcome.
