"operation cancelled"

Have received a call at.4.10 this afternoon that my operation for tomorrow has been cancelled due to a faulty air con unit in the operating theatre. I was due to have my leg amputated above the knee( a life changing operation) I have made 5 phone calls to various department managers of which only one returned my calls. I have had to mentally build myself up for this operation and to be told at the last minute it is cancelled I fell totally let down by the trust!
