"Staff problem with whipps cross hospital antenatal clinic"

I was asked by my doctor to contact the antenatal clinic to find out when my appointments will be, because 3 weeks after referral no one from the antenatal department had contacted me.

I phoned the hospital official number multiple times. After 30 mins, I managed to get someone to transfer me to the antenatal department and got through to their staff. I explained to them the reason of my call, the lady asked for my name and soon she got frustrated with not being able to locate my file and started to complain about bad reception on the phone line. At the end, before our conversation finished, I clearly heard her slam the phone down.

I spent the next hour trying to call back (got put through to the wrong department twice, and multiple times to a voice mail, which is full). I got through finally, but a lady picked up and slammed the phone down again.

If there's someone who works there and really cares about the patients, I'd like to know.
