I was recently admitted to Bramshaw Ward for a 3 night stay. The staff were lovely and I felt very well cared for. I was in a room with 4 beds so there wasn't too much disturbance at night. Protected meal times from visitors meant it was peaceful. I have complained about the catering service though - I was forgotten about one meal time, I was given an unwashed spoon and my dietary requirements based on my medical condition were ignored. As the meals are bought in pre-prepared, there is little flexibility in substituting parts of the meal for more suitable alternatives.
"Pleased with care, not so much with catering"
