My son had his appendix out in The Royal Alex on Friday. A&E were great when we went in, no hanging around. Everything was explained clearly. Our minds were put at ease throughout. Everyone was so kind & caring & I am extremely grateful. The hospital was clean, the food was good. Thank you so much x
