"Appointment system"

After Seeing the consultant in March and being diagnosed with a Cavernoma In my brain. I was told to book an appointment for 4 months, I tried to book this as I left but was told you could not book until 6 weeks before the appointment is due and they would write to me with the appointment. I rang in June as I had not heard anything, I was told I was put down for an appointment in July. After still not. receiving an appointment I rang again and was told all the clinics were full and their was no appointments free, I asked when I would get one and was told they didn't know as their was no appointments available up to the end of August
