"Fantastic with young children"

About: Lincoln County Hospital

My 18 month old daughter suffered a crush injury to her finger. When we arrived at A&E it wasn't especially busy but there were people clearly waiting. We had to register her as she'd never been to Lincoln before - this was the only downside as there was a new computer system in operation and that slowed things down a little and in a these situations that's the last thing you want. However by the time we had completed the registration we were called almost straightaway. I can't complain at all about the care we received.

Response from United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust

Dear Anon

Thank you for this positive feedback we hope your daughter is making a good recovey. I will ensure your comments are shared with the A&E team. We are aware of the delay the new booking in system is causing and we are actively monitoring this on a daily basis with the support of the reception staff. I am sorry that this caused you a delay.
