That the medication made me unaware of the surroundings!

overall cleanliness and food.

Bedpans lined in the toilet area for 24hrs UN EMPTIED. Medication given to wrong pts and medication trolley left unattended for long period of times . Not enough pillows. Drs waking you in the middle of the night to complete paperwork from the previous shift. No comunication between catering staff and nurses which meant pts were still on nil by mouth 3 days later?
