I went to hospital with a large burn. I was reluctant to go as I have had previous bad experiences with my own GP in never being able to get an appointment and in long waiting times in A&E. I wish I had gone sooner! Everyone was wonderful. The receptionist was lovely, and I was seen by three nurses, including two nurse practitioners (prescribing nurses) and they were all excellent.
