I have just had a 4 day stay on B 2 I can only say that I feel that I was not listened to. I was discharged in a great deal of pain my difficulties were in my view not dealt with. I was given different opinions by different staff this left me confused . Some of the staff were lovely but most did not want to even acknowledge me . The doctor who discharged me seemed total uninterested in my pain or concern that I have not being given a follow up appointment just left bewildered by what is happening. On one of the evenings I was there I was in such pain I went off the ward for a walk just to ease the pain. The staff saw me but never spoke to me and I was left wandering around the hospital at 2 AM in the morning. After about an hour I went back to the ward nobody had even noticed that I had gone missing. It said it all really. One positive thing, when I attended A&E I could not have wished for a better service.
