(as a relative),

I would like to send the highest praise to Dr Ashcroft and his team in the care of my aunt. He is very kind empathic Dr and he visited my aunt the other day and she really likes him and my aunt is in her 90s after he left she said she fancied him. We all had a giggle.

But a Thank you for all you do and the time you take to speak to patients and their families.
