"Brilliant A&E team at Margate Hospital"

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

My husband was taken to A&E with a dislocated shoulder yesterday afternoon.

From the moment he stepped foot in the hospital he was looked after brilliantly. Everyone we encountered during our visit from the lady on reception to the doctors and nurses were kind, helpful and very professional - they made a very painful and distressing situation bearable. I cannot thank the team enough, they even looked after me when I was feeling wobbly (I'm not very good in hospitals! ! ).

Unfortunately in all the drama I forgot to ask for anyone's name so that I could mention them personally (I think one was called Charlie) but they were all brilliant, finally an A&E department that knows what it's doing and cares!

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with feedback, the A&E team will very much appreciate your kind words. We are very glad to be able to help both you and your husband, hopefully now on the road to full recovery.
