What an amazing hospital!! The outstanding service at this hospital starts from day 1. The greeting & politeness you receive at reception is tremendous. The whole area is so modern, I then saw a consultant, a real gentleman. He explained in easy to understanding terms what the problem was and what surgery would be required. I received my operation date without delay. A few days before surgery I had my pre-op assessment, again delivered with outstanding service. The day of my op arrived and everything was done extremely professionally and with a constant "nothing was to much of a problem" attitude. Again, the service received from the anesthetist was brilliant. The nursing care was second to none continued the excellent service. I would have no hesitation in recommending this outstanding hospital to any potential patients. An outstanding hospital with outstanding service to one and all. This fantastic team are what hospitals should be about. Thank you all for an exceptional and friendly service. Am I a private, paying customer......No!!I am an ordinary nhs patient who was made to feel as though I was a millionaire. Thank you again one & all.
