I've recently spent three days in the RNOH at Stanmore and I cannot praise the staff enough, they were truly amazing. I was in the Duke of Gloucester Ward and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Every doctor, nurse and support worker I met made me feel comfortable and confident in their care. Sadly I was in over my birthday but the nursing staff arranged a cake and sang happy birthday - such a thoughtful action. In all my stay made me more aware of what an amazing facility the NHS is and it is due to the care and professionalism of the people who are on the front line.
