About: King's Mill Hospital

(as the patient),

What could be improved

can you tell me why a lot of effort is made to clear the roads in kings mill this week with the snow and the car parks were left in a dangeruos condition ice yes car parks are run by the car park people . i witness people falling over trying to get to their cars at car park 4 which has two slops there is a grit bin but no means of getting grit out of bin.

who would i sue for injuries if i had fell over and hurt self the hospital ? or car park people who rent the land that car parks on ?. surely a grit lorry can go round the car park

Many thanks for your comments which have been brought to the attention of the management team responsible. We are sorry that you found accessing the hospital difficult during this period. The local authority gritted the road ways around the site every four hours, and overnight on a number of days. The site team also laid grit on pathways. It was difficult to remove snow from around parked cars whilst avoiding damage to vehicles. In an effort to improve the situation should it recurr the sites car parking company, EXCEL, will now undertake localised gritting on the car parks throughout the day. The site team have provided reassurance that they will use all best endeavours to react prior to any further ice and snow.

If you wish to make a claim for personal injuries please write to our Cheif Executive.
