My experience is with regards to hospital appointment through TRAQS. Whilst on holiday, an appointment came through for me to visit the Royal Derby Hospital. I phoned TRAQS from Thailand and explained that I would not be in time, and would need to change my appointment for one week later.
This wasn’t possible due to diary procedure/timing and I was advised to phone back one month later, again from Thailand, to cancel my appointment and rebook it for a convenient time.
I did this and it all worked out perfectly! I’ve never received such a flexible and helpful booking system from the NHS before and I’ve been very impressed with the service.
