I received a letter from the primary care trust informing me that the above practice was removing me from their list. When I contacted the surgery I was informed that I needed to request the reason why in writing, which I did. I was given an ambiguously worded letter stating that I was being removed despite the partners discussing the fact that I was not aware of anything untowards.
I STILL do not know exactly why I & my son have been removed & due to my mobility issues am unable to find another practice that I can easily get to
