I recently had a Bowel endoscopy I was very apprehensive about agreeing to it, however from the time I entered the reception all the way through the procedure the staff were absolutely fantastic they made me feel relaxed and helped me all the way through the procedure. The whole nursing staff could not have made more of an effort to put me at ease.
