"My first good experience of The Whittington"

My mum has many health problems and we visit quite often. She was also an in patient back in February. My experience then was not very good. However today I had a fantastic experience. We visited a clinic and on the way out my mum blacked out in the lift. Within a short period of time there were 2 doctors and various other staff attending to her. They were fabulous. I do not suffer fools gladly, but they were all brilliant. She was admitted to A and E and all the staff from the doctors, nurses to the domestic staff were brilliant and I don't give praise lightly. They were caring and attentive, kept me informed regularly and lovely to my mum. I felt very confident which I have not felt of late so a big thanks to them.
