What I liked

The staff were excellent and very communicative.

I was a day patient for surgery and treated superbly.

There were four patients all being treated that afternoon yet I was treated as an individual and at all times monitored and my needs checked.

I underwent the same surgery approx. 15 years ago at this unit and the way I was treated by staff hasn't changed, they are still caring and excellent providers.

All are a credit to their profession.

As for Mr Rees, I cannot speak highly enough of him. He is a true professional with compassion and a fantastic way with staff and patients.

The wonderful atmosphere on the unit I think is a reflection of how well all the staff work together and obviously enjoy their work.
