About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

We brought our 8 year old daughter to A&E with a suspected broken wrist from a skating accident.

On arrival, the department was busy but I have to say this:

What a great department.

Staff were excellent, location is clean and well looked after.

When news of the NHS seems a bit on the negative side lately, I felt that I should email...just to say Thanks...you’re doing a great job 
