What I liked
My husband attended recently the Rapid Access Lung Clinic, may I say on his behalf that this service is exceptional, patients are treated with the utmost of respect, well informed about what is going to happen to them, when and where to go was clearly explained both verbally and written. Appointments were on time. The Specialist Nurse frome the Dr's team was extremely professional, thorough in both the examination and the detailed explainations given, regarding my husbands condition. As the person who supported the patient, consideration was given to me at all times, I always felt included.
A thoroughly professional team.
