This lady's husband is a wheelchair user and he was left for over 2 hours by Arriva at the Primary Care Centre, waiting for transport home after his appointment.

We aim to collect patients within 90 minutes of them being booked ready by the staff at the clinic where the appointment took place to return home following their appointment. We are sorry that we have not met this standard on this occasion and would like to discuss this further with the patient or his wife so that we can look in to this and provide a more detailed response.

If patients would like to make contact regarding their experience they can do so by emailing arrivatransportsolutions@arriva.co.uk.
