"A big thank you"

About: Epsom Hospital

I feel I have to write really to say thank you mainly to the doctors on A and E at Epsom. My partner attended A and E today with kidney pain ? infection. And although from a confidentially point of view with the check in system, and no announcements on waiting times, the care my partner received from the doctors (not the nursing staff who barely acknowledged us) was exemplary. The 2 doctor's that were on were polite, helpful, approachable, and friendly I didn't get their names but it was at approx 13.30 to 15.30 2nd July, one of them made us both a cup of tea and the other was very reassuring. They are a credit to your hospital and both but us at ease. Could you pass on a big thank you to these 2 doctors from myself and my partner. Kind regards
