What I liked

I have been a patient at the P R H many many times and have always found every one very friendly, it helps if you are friendly to them they work very hard and are run off their feet,I was an out patient at this Hospital when it was the old Wrekin hospital so you can have a guess how old I am,I was on ward 10 twice at the P R H and it was always very clean, I have also been on ward 7, that to was a nice ward to, every one was very helpful and the Doctors treated you like humane being`s and explained to you what was going on, and wait for it yes they had a laugh and a joke with you if they where not busy which was`nt very often as they always busy but at least you would get a smile off them, I was glad to get home but I enjoyed my stay, and the meals have improved imensly I was pleasently surprised, oh but those new beds are absolutly FANTASTIC WELL DONE TO whoever chose them they are really comfortable in fact my husband was quiet Jelous when he came in to see me, he had a knee replacement a few months before and they were not on his ward then . but well done, well think I have said enough now I, could go on. and always found it very clean.bye bye

What could be improved

I think the way they go about changing the beds, (not their fault) I could not believe how untidy ward 7 was when the Doctors came to do their rounds in the mornings, you could not talk in private to them, which I thought was very bad, and also the way you are told you are going home very messy I thought.it could do with being thought out a bit more never mind it will come I hope. bye bye

Anything else?

only other thing is get rid of the PARKING PAYMENT it is a very big pain in the !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please please please.you dont need it, we dont need it.
