What I liked

The staff of the Accident and Emergency were thoughtful, efficient and caring despite the considerable number of admissions and emergencies.

I was very impressed at how rapidly a comprehensive diagnosis was carried out to ascertain my problem and how at all stages I was informed of what and why things were being done .At all levels the staff seem to be very capable under pressure but retain the personal touch, which is so reassuring and comforting .

What could be improved

Nothing at all except perhaps the vending machine coffee
