"Endoscopy unit"

I had a gastroscopy in this unit on Monday 30th June 2014 and although I was filled with fear and dread the consultant and all staff were wonderful, they made the whole experience as bearable and comfortable as anyone could hope for. The consultant explained the procedure carefully and put my mind at ease and he and his team took superb care of me during the whole time. I can't thank them enough. I hear so much negativity about the NHS but the front line staff are first class and deserve a big pat on the back. Thanks so much Steve Harbutt
