Worcester hospital advertises that it has Wifi facilities. This is not correct, the wifi service is impossible to connect to and my relative has been on this ward for 6 days unable to connect his iPad and keep in touch with family & friends.
Several attempts have been made and many requests for assistance to no avail
He is so disappointed and feels very isolated
