"positive staff attitudes at HEC, Liverpool Royal"

I was admitted to the Heart Emergency Centre (HEC) at the Royal and although obviously no-one wants to be there, the care and respect shown by every member of staff on the ward made the experience as pleasant as it could possibly have been. At all times the staff were positive, friendly, warm and human treating all of us patients with humanity as well as professional care and diligence. It was a good reminder of how the attitudes of staff members matters to the patient experience and it was great to see such high levels of care.
