"Fantastic fast service for King's phlebotomy..."

I just read another review of this service. I too visited the phlebotomy service at Dulwich Community Hospital last Monday 23rd June at about 3 pm. I was stunned and extremely impressed that I didn't have to wait at all, but was called straignt into the cubicle before I'd even had a chance to take a ticket from the machine. The phlebotmist was attentive and I was in and out in less than five minutes. What service! Maybe I just picked the right time of day to come but, in the past, there has always been a dreadful wait to get blood tests - regularly an hour to two hours - whatever time of the day. Whatever you've done to improve the service, well done! It made such a difference to me on a day when I wasn't feeling well, to get things done quickly. Thank you.
