"Can not praise the majority of the staff more"

I recently underwent minor oral surgery under local anesthetic, which turned in to slightly more major surgery however cut a long story short, the following day I had to be admitted to A & E, then on to Wheal Coates ward for 3 days. All the staff bar 1 were outstanding, from the cleaners and health care right through to student nurses, nurses and doctors. Unfortunately that one bad nurse does stand out in my mind, and I am in the process of following this up with PALS. But the ward ran efficiently and smoothly, the nursing staff are outstanding.
